Every order is made after it's placed, not pulled from a back-stock shelf, so delivery timing depends on where you're based and when you order. Here's what to expect by area.

How fast can I get same-day delivery?
Place your order before the daily cut-off time and we'll deliver it within Dubai or Sharjah the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off move to next-day delivery.
Do you deliver across the whole UAE?
Yes — next-day delivery is available to Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?
Yes, especially useful for weddings, corporate events and Eid gifting — choose your delivery date at checkout or mention it in your order notes.
What if I'm ordering in bulk for an event or office?
